Job summary

TrueTandem, LLC is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure cloud foundations for federal mission workloads. You will implement IaC with Terraform/Bicep, manage governance and subscriptions, and automate operations in a compliance-driven environment.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with on-site days in the Washington DC area. Ideal candidates have Top Secret/SCI eligibility and 5+ years of Azure enterprise experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Azure enterprise experience and cloud frameworks (CAF, TIC/Zero Trust).
• Deep knowledge of Azure governance, RBAC, Key Vault, Storage, VNets, and networking.
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform and Bicep to deploy repeatable Azure infrastructure.
• Experience designing secure, compliant cloud platforms for government or regulated environments.
• Strong scripting and automation to streamline operations and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and sustain Azure infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for infrastructure and apps.
• Implement governance, RBAC, policies, and security controls across subscriptions and resource groups.
• Configure Key Vault, storage, and networking (VNets, NSGs, Private connectivity).
• Create runbooks, documentation, and architectural diagrams for compliance.
