Customers Bank is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to drive enterprise modernization and operate secure, scalable Azure platform services in a CAF-aligned framework.

The role requires deep hands-on Azure expertise, networking, Bicep deployment, automation, and collaboration across Infra, Security, Architecture, and Applications teams. On-site work in Malvern, PA is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise cloud infrastructure/engineering experience with Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking, routing, and multi-region environments.
• Proficient in IaC with Bicep; familiar with ARM templates and CAF concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Maintain enterprise-scale Azure solutions with best practices in cloud architecture, security, and governance.
• Design, implement, and support Azure networking across multi-region environments.
• Engineer and support Azure networking services: V WAN, hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Firewall, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, load balancing, routing.
• Implement resilient connectivity and failover patterns aligned to uptime requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex Azure networking and connectivity issues across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise goals.
• Ensure performance and efficiency for high-quality user experiences.
• Design resilient Azure network architectures aligned to CAF and business continuity objectives.
• Support multi-region Azure resiliency strategies and DR readiness.
• Improve operational reliability via standardized architecture, observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises and root-cause analyses to improve long-term stability.
• Help mature Azure platform operations in alignment with CAF principles.
• Support standardization, governance, and consistency across Azure environments.
• Implement Azure-native deployment standards using Bicep, ARM templates, and Azure Policy.
• Automate operational processes using Azure Automation, PowerShell, and Azure-native tooling.
• Improve operational visibility with Azure monitoring and analytics.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
• Ensure security and Zero Trust alignment for Azure services.
• Collaborate with Information Security for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Support Microsoft Fabric solutions including data pipelines and capacity management.
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams for scalable, governed data platforms.
• Provide mentorship and participate in architecture/design reviews.
• Advocate for best practices and challenge weak implementations.
• Work across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Applications teams.
• Demonstrate strong engineering judgment and adaptability.
