Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior cybersecurity role or equivalent
• Proven experience securing AI/ML workloads and data pipelines on Azure and Databricks
• Ability to translate AI threat models into reusable security patterns and testable requirements
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and secure deployment practices
• Strong knowledge of cloud security controls, governance, and privacy considerations
• Proficiency in Python for security testing and automation
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams in security architecture decisions

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain secure AI/ML architecture patterns for Azure, Databricks, and other platforms
• Define lifecycle security requirements and evaluation processes for AI models and data
• Conduct AI/ML threat modeling and risk assessments focusing on model inversion, data poisoning, and adversarial attacks
• Lead security architecture for autonomous AI agents and constrain agent actions
• Establish security requirements and patterns for AI tools and integrations, including MCP
• Collaborate with MLOps and Data Science to shift security left in the ML lifecycle
• Publish architectural guidance addressing AI technology, security, privacy and observability
• Advise business and technology stakeholders on AI risk, design decisions and cross-domain impacts
