Qualifications

• 8+ years IT applications/coding in large organizations (healthcare payor a plus).
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Expert with Visual Studio and AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot).
• Experience leading QA automation at scale.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Pega, Salesforce, Sitecore).
• Advanced Azure cloud architecture knowledge; ITIL/Microsoft technologies familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Forward Deployed Engineers building applications on Azure to meet business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead AI-first development with Azure AI services and Copilot integration.
• Project manage applications implementation using Azure DevOps and Agile at scale.
• Lead QA automation strategy and enterprise testing practices.
• Manage integrations with low-code platforms to maximize investments.
• Maintain vendor relationships and Azure service partnerships.
