Patient First is seeking a Senior Azure AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work across AI development, software engineering, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure AI-powered applications.

The role requires expertise in Azure services, .NET, AI platforms, and cloud-first design patterns, with a leadership stance for governance and collaboration. Salary ranges reflect market in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure AI services, OpenAI options, ML, or related AI platforms.
• CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub; IaC with Bicep/ARM/Terraform.
• Security, governance, and lifecycle management expertise.
• Experience building enterprise AI apps using LLMs, copilots, RAG, and vector search.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: design, build, and deploy AI-powered apps on Azure AI Services and OpenAI.
• Software Development: create cloud-native, AI-enabled apps with scalable, secure components.
• Azure Cloud Engineering: architect and implement Azure-based, resilient environments.
• DevOps & Automation: maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation.
• Data Integration & Analytics: connect data sources and enable AI-driven BI.
• Leadership & Collaboration: guide teams, set standards, and govern AI initiatives.
