Patient First is seeking a Senior Azure AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work across AI development, software engineering, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure AI-powered applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Azure AI services, OpenAI options, ML, or related AI platforms.
  • CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub; IaC with Bicep/ARM/Terraform.
  • Security, governance, and lifecycle management expertise.
  • Experience building enterprise AI apps using LLMs, copilots, RAG, and vector search.

This role combines expertise in software development, cloud architecture, DevOps automation, and artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support strategic business initiatives.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure services, modern .NET development, Azure AI technologies, and DevOps practices. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build scalable AI-powered applications and cloud-native solutions.
