Job summary

Easy Dynamics is seeking an AWS Technical Lead to drive enterprise AWS delivery across GovCloud and commercial regions. You will shape architectures, manage staffing and delivery, and advance automation, security, and compliance in regulated environments.

You will mentor AWS architects and cloud engineers, lead AI tooling adoption, and partner with capturing teams to win federal pursuits. A strong expectation is hands-on AWS excellence and Terraform mastery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud engineering or architecture.
• 6+ years focused on AWS in DevSecOps or platform engineering roles.
• Expert-level Terraform: modules, state management at scale, policy-as-code enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across AWS programs: staffing, schedules, risk, quality, customer satisfaction.
• Define practice operating model: reference architectures, delivery playbooks, reusable accelerators.
• Own CI/CD and GitOps model for AWS programs: pipelines, artifact signing, SAST/DAST/SCA gates.
• Drive compliance as code: automate NIST SP 800-53 evidence, integrate Security Hub/GuardDuty/Inspector/CloudTrail.
• Design architectures for AWS GovCloud and commercial regions under FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust.
