Job summary

Entarian seeks an experienced Engineering Lead to guide senior development teams in delivering secure, scalable enterprise applications. You will orchestrate SDLC activities, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions across Java, .NET, and front-end stacks.

The role requires deep DevSecOps expertise, AWS/EKS, Docker, and strong collaboration with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Agile software teams.
• Proven full-stack web app development experience.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, Angular, .NET/C#, and Visual Basic.
• Containerized apps with Docker; CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• AWS cloud services including EKS, Kafka, and data tooling.
• Strong SQL skills: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Tableau familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC activities across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Guide architecture decisions and codify standards for multiplatform systems.
• Mentor engineers across stacks and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to enable enterprise services.
• Engage with federal stakeholders, vendors, and partners for mission objectives.
