Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in Java or Python with microservices experience.
• Hands-on AWS services experience (S3, DynamoDB, ECS, Lambda, RDS, ALB/NLB).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshoots complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Builds web apps using Java/Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
• Integrates solutions with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, databases, security).
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Uses SDLC tools to improve automation and value delivery.
• Identifies and automates recurring issues to improve stability.
