Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior AWS Developer to support MassHealth's OLTSS program. You will design a modern serverless AWS application that securely processes online forms and documents, integrating with enterprise document management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience.
• 3+ years with AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).
• 3+ years React.js experience (Hooks, Redux/Context).
• 4+ years Python development (Query optimization, performance tuning).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Docker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AWS serverless applications.
• Build REST APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
• Develop backend services using Python.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL RDS databases.
• Implement IaC using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Integrate with document management systems and external APIs.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
