You will guide an offshore team while delivering production-ready software, collaborating with cross-functional partners to rapidly prototype and deploy innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical projects.
• Strong full-stack development with React and Node.js.
• Expertise in TypeScript and AWS serverless architectures.
• Hands-on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and related services.
• Experience building production apps using LLMs/AI for automation.
• Mentoring distributed/offshore development teams.
• Strong software design, testing and delivery practices.
• Experience delivering from requirements to production.
