Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior AWS IAM Engineer to support enterprise cloud identity services and AWS‑based data capabilities. The role blends hands‑on IAM Identity Center work with data ingestion, transformation, and analytics using Redshift, S3, Glue, and Athena.

The engineer will configure identity federation, permission sets, and account access across multiple AWS accounts, while building ETL pipelines and automation with Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, and IaC tools such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS IAM Identity Center and enterprise identity integrations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, roles, policies, and least privilege access.
• Hands-on experience with Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation.
• Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines on AWS (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analytics.
• Proficient in Python and/or shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for AWS infra automation.
• Ability to work across security, data, cloud, and application teams in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support AWS Identity Center, federation, permission sets, and cross-account access.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows using AWS data tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and automate cloud/Data workflows with modern tooling.
• Collaborate with security, data, cloud, and application teams; deliver production‑quality code.
