Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist for the Government & Public Services GPS team to help design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure in regulated AWS GovCloud environments. You will lead initiatives, collaborate with DevSecOps, security, and application teams, and ensure compliant, scalable infrastructure across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or IS.
• 4+ years in AWS infrastructure design, provisioning, or operations in AWS
• Experience in GovCloud or regulated cloud environments
• Experience with DevSecOps, security, and application teams to support infra deployments
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel 10% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure design, provisioning, and operations in an AWS GovCloud IL4 environment
• Partner with DevSecOps, security, and application teams to support compliant, reliable, and scalable deployments
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, availability, and operational readiness across the program
• Help prepare the infrastructure landscape to support demand before and after the November 2026 go-live
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements that support security, compliance, and long-term stability
