Job summary

JPMorgan Chase – Trust and Estate Technology Team is seeking an AWS Software Engineer III-Full Stack/CoPilot to join an agile team delivering secure, scalable trust and estate applications. You will work across the stack, writing Java and React, and building cloud-native solutions on AWS.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced skills in Java and React, with experience in Java 11+, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Node and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with AWS or another public cloud provider.
• Strong coding fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resilience, and security.
• Knowledge of Oracle DB, PL/SQL, ECS, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting for trust and estate applications.
• Write secure, high-quality code using Java and React with limited guidance.
• Design and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, considering system impacts.
• Apply SDLC tools to improve automation and operational stability.
