Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, SDLC, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Full-stack development with Java/Spring Boot and React in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in large corporate environments with Java/Spring Boot and React.
• Cloud-native engineering on AWS with scalable services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Operational excellence in CI/CD, resiliency, security, automation.
• System design & architecture leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Lead a module and guide subordinates to design and develop scalable services; drive architecture discussions.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms across systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation for improved stability.
• Use enterprise AI coding tools to improve quality and productivity with peer review and testing.
• Apply SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure constraints are met by code.
• Gather and analyze data to develop visuals and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Identify hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
