Motion Recruitment Partners in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale a cloud-native, serverless AWS infrastructure powering enterprise mobile applications. The role demands ownership, strong Python automation, and experience with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and IAM.

This onsite position offers a high-visibility leadership role, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to influence platform strategy in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Infra Eng.
• Deep expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Production experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, Cognito.
• Strong Python development and automation skills.
• Experience designing highly available, low-latency systems.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure.
