Job summary

You will provision and optimize AWS resources using CloudFormation, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and develop automation in Ruby, Python, or NodeJS.

Docker and ECS orchestration, Puppet configuration, and AWS SDK usage are central to the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS experience with CloudFormation and AWS SDKs.
• 5+ years of object-oriented programming (Ruby, Python, Java, or NodeJS).
• Experience with Jenkins and building pipelines.
• 1–2 years of Docker and container orchestration (Docker Compose, ECS).
• 5 years of Bash scripting.
• 2+ years with GitHub and branching strategies.
• Team player and able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and optimize AWS resources using CloudFormation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Groovy.
• Develop automation tools using Ruby, Python, or NodeJS.
• Architect containerized apps with Docker; use ECS or Docker Compose.
• Use Puppet for configuration management.
• Provide architectural guidance on AWS best practices.
• Bridge software engineering and systems administration for reliability.
• Foster collaboration and mentor peers.
