Job summary

M1 Technology, LLC is a technology consulting firm delivering software systems to government and commercial clients, founded in 2016. We seek a Senior Software Developer to drive full lifecycle development of web, video, and multimedia training products, including IAM automation and interface design.

The role requires a BS in CS/CIS/CE with 10 years of software development experience and strong AWS/Linux/Java/PHP expertise. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, or CE with 10 years of software development experience.
• 10 years of software development experience across web/mobile apps and IAM/security.
• Strong cloud infra knowledge: AWS services (S3, EC2), Linux, Apache stack.
• Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript with modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of web, video, and multimedia training products.
• Conduct product research, programming/authoring, interface design, testing and QC.
• Develop and support IAM automation and orchestration processes.
• Work on SharePoint, websites, multimedia apps, and print/graphic design outputs.
