Job summary

M1 Technology LLC is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment. You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, build scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and implement robust monitoring and automation.

You will work with Docker/Podman containers, manage databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, and ensure security and reliability across cloud and on-prem components. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform.
• Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Experience with containerization: Docker and Podman.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Experience with self-hosted databases: PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on monitoring/logging: Prometheus and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Provision and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Develop and automate operational tasks with Bash and Python.
• Administer high availability, backup, and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MySQL.
