Job summary

Zendesk seeks a Senior Services Consultant to drive end-to-end technical delivery for customer Amazon Connect implementations. You will lead workshops, design technical solutions, and deploy resources in customer AWS environments, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities include technical training, clear communication with Engagement Managers, and hands-on development using AWS Lambda and Python to optimize contact center

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical roles.
• Experience with Amazon Connect is mandatory.
• 3+ years deploying and migrating complex cloud solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
• Experience automating deployments and improving efficiency.
• Experience building integrations across contact center solutions.
• Strong programming skills; experience with code/scripting; comfortable with AWS Lambda and Python.
• Passion for building contact center solutions and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from requirements to go-live.
• Run design and configuration workshops; produce Technical Design Documents.
• Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts (Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engagement Managers, and Tech Architects.
• Provide technical training, handovers, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain regular project communications on status, issues, and deliverables.
