Cognizant is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Program Manager to lead enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives remotely. The role requires 12+ years in IT with 8+ years directing cloud programs, focusing on governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver AWS-aligned outcomes.

The position offers remote work with a competitive salary range of $119,000–$136,000 plus Cognizant’s incentive program. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise cloud or infrastructure transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and risk handling.
• Proven ability to govern complex programs with multi-workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud transformation delivery across architecture, engineering, security, and operations.
• Own integrated planning, milestones, RAID, dependency tracking, governance cadence.
• Coordinate across programs to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Partner with cloud architects to align with AWS standards and business goals.
• Prepare executive updates and steering committee materials.
• Promote strong delivery discipline and continuous improvement.
