Job summary

MassHealth seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the HSN AWS Migration Program, aligning business, vendor, and technical teams for a large-scale cloud migration. The role oversees all phases from discovery to deployment, ensuring governance, risk management, and successful operational transition.

Responsibilities include plan development, cross-functional coordination, and active governance, risk, and contract management to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise IT projects with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Strong project management experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
• AWS experience, AWS migration experience, or similar cloud platform experience (Azure preferred).
• Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSN AWS Migration Program from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, roadmaps, timelines, work breakdown structures, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and shared service organizations.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives, scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.
• Oversee all AWS migration activities, including discovery, application assessment, design, build, migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate cloud migration activities across infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams.
