Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with AWS experience in cloud security and modern cloud architectures. You will apply IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting to design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure for client projects.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage stakeholders, and help shape Thoughtworks’ cloud practice. Strong English communication and hands-on AWS services, Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitHub Actions are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cloud and virtualization platforms with hands-on AWS experience.
• Security-focused with knowledge of AWS VPC, IAM Roles Anywhere, Linux/container hardening and software supply chain security.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions and CloudFormation across diverse stacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide DevOps, cloud, platform and infrastructure guidance focusing on AWS.
• Collaborate with clients to build a technical roadmap and scalable solutions.
• Ensure delivery of infrastructure and applications via Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python automation.
• Establish partnerships with client engineering leadership and communicate with US-based teams.
• Contribute to Thoughtworks cloud and infrastructure practice through collaboration with teams.
• Monitor and ensure delivery expectations are met; propose innovative solutions within constraints.
