Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3 and EC2; strong Python and Terraform skills.
• Able to assess security concerns (VPC, IAM Roles Anywhere, Linux/Container hardening, secrets management, software supply chain security).
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, CloudFormation) across stacks and API/service design.
• Advanced/fluent English for collaboration with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide DevOps, cloud, platform and infrastructure engineering guidance focusing on AWS, VPC security, EC2, and API design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a technical roadmap and impactful solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead automation across delivery using Github Actions, Terraform, CloudFormation and Python.
• Establish partnerships with client engineering leadership and communicate effectively.
• Work within teams to launch projects, evaluate and improve existing infrastructure.
• Contribute to Thoughtworks cloud and infrastructure practice with other practitioners and business teams.
• Monitor and ensure technical deliverables meet expectations; propose innovative solutions.
• Adjust approaches to meet constraints and policies.
