Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer for a 24-month engagement. You will design and implement scalable AWS solutions, define IaC with Terraform, write Ansible playbooks, and build CI/CD pipelines to support telecom IT software environments.

You should have hands-on AWS services like RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge, and Kinesis, and experience with policy-as-code using Open Policy Agent.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in AWS cloud engineering and solution architecture.
Hands-on design and implementation of AWS cloud solutions.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
Experience developing Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management.
Strong Python programming and Unix/Linux shell scripting skills.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AWS services: RDS PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis Data Firehose.
Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and policy-as-code implementation.
Strong understanding of AWS security, identity management, governance, and compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills.
