Job summary

Tredence Inc. is seeking an AWS Enterprise Architect to lead cloud-native microservice design and delivery across client engagements. You’ll work with engineering teams and stakeholders, solving business problems from domain understanding to implementation, and own outcomes end to end.

You will mentor developers, define API standards, and guide best practices for CI/CD, IaC, security, and scalable deployments on AWS. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development or cloud architecture.
• Hands-on AWS experience with ECS, EC2, Lambda and scaling.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions on AWS.
• Strong Node.js expertise building production REST APIs with NestJS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and caching patterns in a cloud environment.
• Experience implementing authentication/authorization using Cognito, Okta, JWTs, or IAM.
• Proficiency in AI-native development tools and agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver REST-based microservices on AWS—ECS, Lambda, API Gateway.
• Lead design of large-scale enterprise cloud platforms.
• Mentor developers and promote cloud-native best practices.
• Define API design standards across microservices with versioning and compatibility.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas with indexing and performance in mind.
• Maintain ECS deployments with autoscaling, ingress, and security.
