Job summary

Tecbeans LLC is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable, secure AWS-based cloud solutions. You will drive microservices patterns, distribute workloads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience as Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar role focusing on AWS cloud services.
• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Advanced Networking highly preferred.
• Proficiency in designing microservices and distributed systems on AWS.
• Knowledge of design patterns, architecture blueprints, and cloud best practices.
• Understanding of asynchronous event-driven workflows, orchestration, and choreography patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS).
• Knowledge of IaC tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex cloud solutions on AWS infrastructure aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and guidelines for cloud implementations.
• Implement microservices architectures leveraging Docker/Kubernetes and serverless computing where applicable.
• Promote best practices for cloud app design, performance optimization, and security.
• Design and implement distributed transaction patterns and event-driven architectures using AWS services.
• Evaluate and recommend AWS services based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency and integration.
• Lead architecture reviews, performance assessments, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Stay updated on AWS services and industry trends to drive innovation.
