Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Associate for Asset & Wealth Management Audit in a 100% remote contract role. The candidate will perform external audit engagements for AWM clients, applying US GAAP/GAAS/PCAOB standards, analyzing complex financial data, and leading engagements with client teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of external audit experience within AWM, strong communication, and the ability to leverage data visualization and automation tools to improve audit efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years external audit experience.
• Direct audit experience in Asset & Wealth Management required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing professional services environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform external audit engagements for Asset & Wealth Management clients.
• Apply U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards throughout engagements.
• Analyze accounting, financial reporting and industry-specific issues.
• Lead and manage client engagements and teams.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to engagements.
• Utilize technology, automation, and data visualization to improve audit efficiency.
• Work with large data sets and communicate insights clearly.
• Stay current on industry trends and accounting developments.
