Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in advancement, fundraising, development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and build lasting relationships with alumni and philanthropic leaders.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of leadership, principal, and transformational gifts with a personal donor portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans aligning with institutional priorities and academic strengths.
• Coordinate with deans, faculty, and advancement colleagues to translate priorities into compelling cases for support.
• Provide strategic oversight of integrated advancement efforts, including donor relations, alumni engagement, and events.
