Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP, Release Train Engineer in Fort Mill, SC. The role partners with technology, business, and vendor teams to drive program execution aligned with budgets and enterprise standards.

You will guide delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains, manage impediments, risks, and reporting while coordinating with finance on funding and governance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in large IT programs, 3+ years as an RTE, and strong experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or project management.
7+ years of experience managing large IT programs with budgets up to $5M.
3+ years as a Release Train Engineer in an Agile/Waterfall environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with project, scrum, tech, business and vendor teams to align delivery with objectives.
Manage program budgets, funding forecasts, and reporting.
Oversee demand intake within the Demand and Delivery Framework.
Facilitate resolution of program-level issues and dependencies.
Provide guidance across PMs and scrum masters for delivery execution.
Deliver weekly status, program health, and monthly portfolio updates.
