WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Mechanical Engineer to join our Property & Buildings Healthcare Team in Cleveland, Ohio, with an alternate location in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads complex healthcare mechanical systems design, oversees multi-office projects, mentors staff, and expands WSP's healthcare practice in Ohio and the Midwest.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience in building systems.
• Professional Engineer license in at least one US jurisdiction; Ohio preferred.
• Experience designing healthcare mechanical systems and knowledge of HC facility codes.
• Ability to travel to client sites and WSP offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams on healthcare mechanical systems across Ohio and the Midwest.
• Provide technical oversight of HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and building automation systems.
• Mentor staff, oversee budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and QA/QC efforts.
• Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives.
