Qualifications

• JD required with ideally 8+ years Cyber, Media & Technology claims experience.
• Experience handling primary and excess Cyber, Media & Technology claims.
• Strong ability to analyze coverage, liability, damages, exposures, and claims issues.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex Cyber, Media & Technology claims from inception through resolution, including coverage, liability, and damages analysis.
• Identify key exposures and claim trends impacting the portfolio and provide written assessments to the SompoPro business unit.
• Respond to coverage questions and support problem resolution for underwriting and senior management.
• Draft and contribute to Professional Lines policy language and related documentation.
• Represent the Company at client meetings, mediations, external meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with global claims colleagues, underwriting, and other functional groups on complex claims and projects, including travel.
