Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced avionics test leader to drive end-to-end electrical testing for large, integrated spacecraft hardware. You will own test strategies, configurations, and verification across bench, vehicle, and pre-launch stages.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electrical test and avionics, strong hands-on skills with RF/test equipment, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under schedule pressure. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical test, avionics integration, or vehicle electrical systems verification.
• Experience leading electrical test campaigns with flight hardware.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and meters.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible for U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the avionics electrical software test strategy, test plan, and verification cross-reference matrix.
• Document test configurations, results, and test scripts.
• Lead bench-level, vehicle-level and pre-launch electrical test campaigns.
• Lead anomaly investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective action.
• Coordinate cross-functional interface test requirements and production integration.
