• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for avionics & RF component test development, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with internal customers to plan, schedule, and allocate resources for avionics test campaigns; track work and milestones.
• Oversee employee lifecycle for Avionics & RF Component Test Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
