Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/CS).
• 8+ years in full lifecycle avionics systems development (requirements, design, integration, test, operations).
• Strong systems engineering practices and safety-critical systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to or lead C&D architecture trade studies, concept development, verification planning, vehicle integration, and operations support.
• Analyze, manage, and interpret requirements at the C&D subsystem level and flow down to components.
• Generate verification and validation plans and coordinate with Integration and Test teams.
• Develop and manage network architecture, ensuring deterministic performance and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage C&D fault tree analyses and other reliability analyses across the system lifecycle.
• Produce technical writing (procedures, specifications, interfaces, analyses).
• Contribute to design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and ensure artifacts meet standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and peer reviews within avionics engineering team.
