Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to drive design, integration, and verification of advanced avionic systems on the Anthem Next Generation platform. You will lead cross‑functional teams and oversee requirements analysis, architecture development, and validation activities to ensure performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 6+ years of systems engineering and project leadership experience.
• Experience with system design, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, system integration and verification of advanced avionic systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Development, system integration and verification of core Aircraft State Avionics and/or Aircraft Systems sensing, monitoring and synoptics applications to be hosted on the Anthem Next Generation Avionics Platform.
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Perform systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, system architecture development, integration testing, and validation of avionics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ensure seamless integration of Avionics software solutions that meet system requirements and performance specifications.
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in the Avionics space.
