Job summary

Korry Electronics seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the technical architecture and integration of civil and military avionics display systems on world‑leading aircraft. You will drive the full lifecycle from requirements and hazard analysis to hardware‑software integration, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will mentor teammates, manage certification artifacts (ARP4754, DO-254, DO-178), and collaborate across engineering, test and quality functions to deliver compliant, high‑performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related aerospace field.
• 7–10 years engineering experience in aerospace or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering full life cycle system designs and certification artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Capture, develop and maintain system requirements
• Develop architectures for systems, hardware and software to meet performance and safety requirements
• Produce and maintain project artifacts related to planning, requirements, design, validation and verification
• Lead DO-254/ DO-178/ ARP4754 certification activities
• Review designs against upper-level requirements
• Maintain configuration management of requirements (DOORS)
• Collaborate with engineering, test and quality functions to lead design activities
• Interface with customers and suppliers for technical discussions
• Participate in risk assessments and contingency planning
• Communicate technical concepts clearly
• Participate in hardware and software test planning and execution
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with airworthiness regulations and new certification initiatives
• Proactively identify and execute process improvements
