Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in avionics installations with at least 1 year in a lead role on business jets.
• 8–12 years of military or corporate aviation avionics experience.
• Airframe license and own tools; ability to pass drug test/background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise avionics installation projects and assist with pre-planning and manpower allocation.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics accurately.
• Oversee project execution to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Ensure compliant aircraft maintenance paperwork per Clay Lacy procedures.
• Provide effective shift turnover and support process improvements.
• Travel and on-call support as needed.
