Lockheed Martin Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Project Engineer Sr for the NGI-PaCE avionics program. This role is based in the office, with a 9x80 schedule and no telework, near the Deer Creek and Waterton campuses in Littleton.

You will plan, track, and execute avionics work, delivering systems within budget and schedule. You will lead cross-functional teams, report EVM metrics to senior leadership, manage risks, and support staffing.

Qualifications

• STEM based Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience leading projects, teams, and development efforts.
• Experience in project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical).
• Experience with product life cycle (development, deployment, retirement).
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US DoD SECRET clearance, pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional program teams including planning, finance, and engineering to status and drive execution of program plans.
• Report Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to Senior leadership.
• Resolve any technical, financial, or schedule issues that may arise.
• Support staffing and resource updates.
