Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electronics Engineer Sr (E3) to support development, production, and testing of PaCE electronics for the NGI program. You will work under senior engineers, helping deliver hardware on schedule and guiding test and qualification activities.

The role emphasizes production support, test failure analysis, and End Item Data Package preparation for mission critical hardware, with opportunities to contribute to design reviews and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in development and production of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry
• Experience supporting product acceptance testing and requirements verification
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (US Citizen)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and test of PaCE test hardware
• Provide technical oversight for flight test operations
• Development testing and hardware qualification
• Discrepancy resolution
• Failure investigation and root cause corrective action implementation
• Participate in design reviews and MRB/FRB decisions
• Resolve test anomalies through troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Generate End Item Data Package for Product Certification and integration into system
• Manage risk and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission objectives
