Redwire Corporation in San Luis Obispo, CA or Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer, PCB Design to lead the design, validation and integration of embedded electronics for uncrewed aircraft platforms. You will architect flight-critical circuits, power systems and interfaces, owning PCB layout from schematic through manufacturing for rugged aerospace environments.

Candidates should have hands-on Altium experience, high‑speed design, signal integrity and cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• 4-7 years of PCB design experience for aerospace/UAS applications.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design and power distribution.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and impedance control.
• Experience with design rule checks and signal integrity analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop multi-layer PCBs for avionics, power regulation, and sensor interfaces.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium.
• Optimize signal integrity, impedance control, and thermal management.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to translate system requirements into PCB implementations.
• Support DFM/DFT reviews and coordinate with manufacturing for board builds.
• Integrate sensors, radios and autopilots with embedded compute platforms.
