Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Provo, UT seeks an Avionics Master Technician to troubleshoot and repair the most complex avionics units to manufacturer specifications and Duncan procedures. You will also mentor teammates, support training, and step in for the team lead when needed.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating internal training, and performing as a Quality Inspector when required. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years' experience in avionics/instrument repair.
• Experience performing duties of Avionics/Instrument Tech III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs or overhauls avionics components and instruments to manufacturer specs and Duncan procedures.
• Provides technical assistance and coordinates internal training; mentors less experienced technicians.
• Prepares repair estimates and documentation for work performed.
• Coordinates in Professional Development and supports shop goals.
