Duncan Aviation is seeking an Avionics Master Technician to troubleshoot and repair or overhaul highly complex avionics units in accordance with manufacturer specs and Duncan procedures. This role involves mentoring, training coordination, and occasional QA inspection responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have anAssociates Degree in Electronics and at least five years of avionics experience, with two years in advanced technician duties.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years previous avionics/instrument repair or related experience required with a minimum two years consistently performing duties of an Avionics/Instrument Tech III preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots and repairs or overhauls avionics components and instruments per manufacturer specs and Duncan procedures.
• Coordinates and assists in training; acts as mentor to less experienced technicians; may fill in for team leader or serve as QA Inspector.
• Prepares repair estimates and assists in repair documentation.
• Drives internal technical training and supports shop goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
