Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Provo, Utah is seeking an Avionics Master Technician to troubleshoot and repair the most complex avionics instruments and components, following manufacturer specifications and Duncan Aviation procedures.

The role involves mentoring teammates, coordinating training, and performing as a Quality Inspector when needed. Requires five years of avionics/instrument repair experience and an Associate degree in electronics or equivalent, with two years as Tech III preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of avionics/instrument repair experience required.
• Two years in Avionics/Instrument Tech III role preferred.
• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required.
• High School/GED required to start.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair/overhaul avionics components and instruments per specs.
• Order parts and document work accurately and timely.
• Provide technical assistance and training within the team; mentor less experienced technicians.
• Assist in developing and presenting internal training; support shop goals.
