Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a Senior Technician to serve as a subject matter expert in the repair station discipline. You will mentor staff, coordinate with maintenance teams, and communicate needs to engineering while maintaining strict safety and quality standards across the shop.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience, with preferred FAA A&P or repairman certification. Regular attendance and relocation support may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience or training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AMC Part 145 and 135 maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform core duties of the technician role at an exceptional level.
• Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning for field needs.
• Provide communications to Engineering for shop needs.
• Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning for field needs.
• Report progress on projects and constraints to leads.
• Mentor new employees on shop procedures to increase efficiency.
• Monitor, control, and order material usage in the shop.
• Other duties as assigned.
