Job summary

The candidate should have a STEM degree and 10+ years of experience in subassembly, analog/digital/power electronics, and systems engineering, with DoD clearance being required on day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) required.
• Ten years of experience in subassembly design, integration and production support.
• Experience with analog, digital, and power electronics design and integration.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable designs and architectures.
• Experience in CCA design, test integration, and supplier management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional design and integration teams through hardware development lifecycle.
• Ensure technical, cost, and schedule execution for electronics projects.
• Manage design verification, testing, and transition to production.
• Oversee technical risk management and failure investigations.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers and mentor junior engineers.
• Travel may be required in support of program needs.
