Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Seattle is seeking an experienced engineer to design electrical harnesses for spaceflight systems. The role requires a B.S. degree and over 7 years of experience in wire harness design specifically in the aerospace industry. Proficiency in tools such as Creo and Windchill is essential. The candidate will collaborate within a team to create innovative solutions for human spaceflight, contributing directly to engineering and design processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing Wire Harnesses for the Aerospace industry.
• Understanding and application of wire derating analysis.
• Strong electrical/mechanical design and integration skills using 3-D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical harnesses for power distribution, RF, communication and high‑speed data signal.
• Build 3D routed harness data files utilizing Creo and Routed System Designer.
• Support the assembly and testing of cables and harnesses.
