Air Force Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base seeks a Full-Time Engineering Technical Expert (NH-0801-04) to lead avionics and armament integration test activities across manned, unmanned, missiles, and hypersonic platforms. You will review test plans, guide safety analyses, and provide expertise for airframe and avionics systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, DAWIA/APDP certifications, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• DAWIA certification within 24 months of duties.
• APDP certification or eligible and continuous learning requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a recognized 412 TW technical expert on flight sciences, mission systems, or electronic warfare test and evaluation.
• Advise diverse engineering teams in planning, implementing, and executing T&E of Air Force systems.
• Provide expert technical review and guidance on test plans, safety reviews, and test reports.
