Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and six years avionics/electrical experience or two years schooling plus four years related experience.
• A&P, FCC, NCATT licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train personnel in avionics testing and repair processes.
• Perform functional and operational tests on avionics/electronic systems.
• Diagnose discrepancies and implement cost- and schedule-saving fixes while maintaining safety and quality.
• Maintain daily logs and paperwork for all aircraft work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, FOD, and tool-control programs.
