Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Avionics/Electrical Technician 3 at the Van Nuys facility. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics/electrical systems to ensure defect-free aircraft.

Base compensation is $33.12 - $43.47 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth. A&P, FCC, or NCATT credentials are preferred and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in an avionics/electrical career field.
• 2 years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics may offset two years of experience.
• A & P license, FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior technical skills and expertise in avionics and acft systems testing and troubleshooting.
• Teaches installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per specs and manuals.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of all installations and repairs; documents work thoroughly.
• Oversees engineering changes and modifications as required; ensures safety and quality.
